I’m proud to introduce The Long Way Home Project - a documentary film series about our nation’s longest conflict – the War in Vietnam. 
 

For over a quarter-century since the war there have been a great number of films that attempted to decipher the complexities of that struggle. Some had merit and many did not. The Long Way Home Project will give all viewers a powerful new perspective on the events that shaped the war and the men who fought it.
 

Being an American is a precious birthright. 
 

So as it was in Vietnam, it is today, when democracy is on the line, Americans of all races, creeds, and colors must come together as one… and fight to preserve our greatest asset… our freedom.
